A rotary encoder suitable for use with SDC. This encoder requires an I/O Hat in order to connect to a raspberry pi via the row of header pins. See SDC I/O Hat for further details.
To use this encoder with SDC you should specify halfstep=0 in the ini file. This is the default for a new installation of SDC.
